Why Comcast after years of customer anger and confusion and stating over and over and over again it will be fixed. Why do the channel lineups across the entire country all reflect inaccurate channel information? Be it the device guide, lineup in account, lineup streaming, TiVo lineups...all of them. It is a mess! How long Comcast do we have to put up with this issue? HOW LONG? What exactly is wrong with you? Is this some game you seem to enjoy? Seriously what is the reason for this?
Customers you need to contact corporate and demand this mess once and for all gets fixed. There is no reason for it other than to confuse their customers. Then when we mention the discrepancies we are told were crazy as in my case with customer service. FACT! "Comcast Cares" has to be the biggest joke. Care? REALLY?
