I see this is a reoccuring theme with Comcast-a promise to receive a channel and then not providing it. I have seen this being an issue for over a year yet the channel ID is still being promised but not delivered. AND is still on the channel lineup even though it's been unavailable for months and months.
Can I get out of my contract without the cancellation fee now that you have broken the contract and not only broken the contract but lied to me regarding the contract?
Are you going to give me a credit for the channels promised but not delivered?
