Center Ice Beta/HD not working again
Comcast Support: what is wrong with Center Ice on October 21? Neither the Colorado Avalanche nor the St Louis Blues Beta channels work ( "Sorry, we are having some trouble"). Even the SD broadcast of the game on channel 775 is loading very inconsistently/slowly. Help!

Talked to customer service for 25 minutes - no solution. Promised a call back in one hour since that was the agent's wait to talk to tech support. Still waiting for that return call (nearing two hours now) which we all know will never come.

24 hours later and no return call. As anticipated.
If Center Ice "Beta"\HD falls in the forest, does anyone at Xfinity hear it (or care)?

Latest and greatest: Center Ice Beta continues to fail. The error nessage of "Sorry we are having some trouble. Please try this program again. Still having trouble? You may need to choose another program. " now seems permanent. So, if you are not getting the service you should get, just watch something else. A classic monopoly approach. The employees are well taught to just wear you down with made up excuse after made up excuse.
One hour at the Xfinity store yesterday resulted in nothing being resolved and even less interest in the broken follow up promises. However, the staff were VERY into Halloween. Kudos to the store "Manager" in the strongman costume.
Ability to fix problems - minimal.
Ability to dress up in elaborate costumes - epic.
