Hello, all -

It’s up to beIN SPORTS to offer its programming on terms that reflects its actual value and that are fair to our customers. Comcast offers many channels with soccer programming that can easily be found on Xfinity X1. X1 customers can search or say 'soccer' into the voice remote to find a collection of games, highlights and more. Networks include FOX, FS1, Univision, Univision Deportes, Telemundo, NBCSN, ESPN and ESPN Deportes. Some beIN SPORTS content can also be viewed on X1 using the beIN SPORTS YouTube channel. With X1, soccer programming can also be found on La Liga and Ligue 1 YouTube channels. beIN SPORTS and beIN en Español can currently be viewed on X1 by subscribing to Sling's World Sports package. The streaming bundle also includes other networks for $10 per month. To subscribe, go to the Apps menu and click on the Sling icon. You will need to sign in or create an account. Then navigate to 'World Sports' under 'Base Service' using the arrow keys on your remote. Customers who sign up will be billed by Sling for this package. Seven day free trials are periodically available.

Based on what I have heard in the past, the answer seems to be, "Just as soon as the other side is willing to accept our generous offer instead of the outrageous demands it is making." Whether this is being said by Comcast or BeIN depends on which side is saying it.
