Atlanta Sub-stations not yet carried in Rome, GA

Could it be possible for the Rome Comcast area to add these substations to the lineup?:

WAGA 5.4 - LightTV

WAGA 5.5 - Decades

WUVG 34.3 - Get TV

WUPA 69.3 - Comet

WUPA 63.4 - MeTV
