Almost All Channels Are Missing from Lineup After Recent Move.

There are very few channels listed to stream on myxfinity.  I chatted with agent who didn't seem to grasp the problem, so I gave up.  I unlinked the account for the old address and made the new address/account primary since that was not done.  All I want to do is see my channel lineup, including premium subscriptions, etc.  Favorites and recorded/scheduled programming was deleted  by Comcast during the move.  How can I get my channels list up-to-date?

During transition, additional account number(s) were added and I was attached to original account number we had before the move.  After being added to the latest assigned account, I was able to see the channel lineup.
