There are very few channels listed to stream on myxfinity. I chatted with agent who didn't seem to grasp the problem, so I gave up. I unlinked the account for the old address and made the new address/account primary since that was not done. All I want to do is see my channel lineup, including premium subscriptions, etc. Favorites and recorded/scheduled programming was deleted by Comcast during the move. How can I get my channels list up-to-date?
