AXS TV Please

I would really like to receive AXS TV.  I live in zipcode 15146.  It is on FIOs in this area and it's a great channel.  Since it is available in some areas on Xfinity, what needs to happen for it to be available in more areas?  Please either expand your coverage of AXS TV, hopefully including zip area 15146, or could you explain why it's only available in some locations and not others.  I see many people posting about wanting this channel.
