Trying to pay bill and web site says bill not avilable.... tried next day still not availabe....treid calling asked for billing get transfered only to get a message the the office was closed... I would think that the persong answering the phone would know that... Went a head and paid my bill from the amount due from last month but now I am a day late and being charged a late fee....THIS IS BS for a customer of over 15 Years....

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.
As a courtesy, we have credited any late fees in full for the past 24 months, plus we have also added an additional credit for your loyalty.
That credit will appear on the next month's statement.
