I just called xfinity customer support number 1 800-934-6489 and they finally gave me $40 credit. I tried to use that xfinity chat, but they couldnt help and wasted my time. They kept asking for a notification on the outage, but i didnt get the notification, and said they couldnt help me unless i got one, which is dumb cuz I was affected by the outage for 4 days in my area. Everyone save your time and call instead.
