We were without sports all together for months - Regional Sports Fee continued to be charged - no refund.
Baseball season shortened 66%, NBA season shortened drastically, NHL shortened, College Sports in Limbo.... Are we going to see the Regional Sports Fee discounted to reflect the decreased sports we are being presented with?

That link now reads as follows:
Can I get credited for the Regional Sports Network Fee on my bill since live sports have not been available?
Regional sports networks charge Xfinity to make their channels available to Xfinity customers. Xfinity TV Sports & News, Starter, Extra, or Preferred tiers usually include an additional monthly fee which recovers the costs associated with our carriage of regional sports networks. It’s called the "Regional Sports Network Fee" on your bill. To learn more about the Regional Sports Fee please visit our customer forum.
Due to the unique circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, many sports were not played or broadcast. In response to the situation, Xfinity expects to receive refunds from some regional sports networks. As a courtesy, we intend to offer an adjustment to our customers of 100% of what we receive. We will communicate more details in the coming months to customers and on this page.
You may be eligible if you are in a market where the sports network costs are refunded to Xfinity. More details will be available in the coming months.
