Good afternoon, I also lost internet service during the Texas Arctic storm for 2 days on 2/16/21 - 2/17/21. Please let me know what I need to do to receive credits for outage. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear about your service interruption and I hope you and your family are safe and staying warm! Since power supply interruptions are outside of our control, we are not currently providing credits for any downtime caused by being without power. However, if your power had been restored and you were still without Comcast services we can take a look into this for you.
