Re: Regional Sports Fee Reimbursement

Hi @robertsinger849

Thank you for using the Xfinity Forums. Sorry for any confusion that may have been caused. If it was determined a credit was owed to you for the Real Sports Fee, there is no further action you'd need to take. It should be issued and visible on your next bill. If you'd like me to review your account to see if you're owed one and if it has been issued, I'd be happy to do so. Just send me a private message with your full name, as it appears on your billing statement.

Note that this is sometimes known as the "Regional Sports Fee" or "Regional Sports Network Fee". See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/most-common-taxes-fees-surcharges-on-your-bill.

@robertsinger849

Apologies for any confusion. Looking at your statement dated 10/26 I can see the courtesy adjustment listed on 10/2 under the credits section. It's listed as Courtesy Sports - Adjustment.
