Hi, we are currently experiencing an outage in our area and would like to receive a credit to the acccount for the outage.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. 

 

We have placed a credit on the account for the days of 11/18 through 11/20.  We have also credited a recent late charge as well as a courtesy.
