No service with Power Outage in TX

Looking for information on how to get a credit for the days without cable and internet service.

Going forward, I can only imagine the frustrations involved in regard to the recent service interruptions that took place our in TX! I hope you and your family are now safe with active services! We do want to help in the best way possible with your crediting needs as well.

I am not showing the option to select "send a message" after clicking your name. I only have the options of selecting notifications and my profile icons.
