Hello Comcast Management, No Advantage being loyal customer ?
Every 2 years after current contract ends, cost keeps increasing by $30 for the same services / package. why can't you extend the contract with same price ? whereas we see deals online very cheap for new customers? you cannot provide same deal for existing customers why ?
Your Policy is not fair!!
You keep changing packages and policies, you did not ask me before changing? and you want me to adopt and pay more every renewal.
Can anyone work with me on my current renewal please, I cannot afford to pay more now a days and I am not able to use latest offer online.
