My Internet Bill Went Up Again Why?

This is the second time xfinity has raised my bill. It was $44.00 in June, July it was $59.00 and for next month's bill it is $69.00. I paid my bill on time. I am on a tight budget. Maybe I should switch services and go with another company who won't keep doing this to me.
