Data overages
Your price gouging and profiteering are borderline criminal. These hard times have truly exposed companies greed and xfinity is no exception. I have been charged 70 dollars extra per month the last 2 months and will be doing everything within my power to bring my business to another provider. You have no regard for your long time customers. My activity has remained the same yet xfinity mysteriously finds ways to charge me for data overages each month. I pay a premium for the 1gig speed internet that somehow is always running slow, hundreds of tv channels I never watch a service that typically goes down once or twice per month and after all the patience and years of patronage this is what I get? Your companies obvious attempt at a cash grab. Congratulations! You wanted to hit me with more charges? Well now, you will be losing a great deal more with my cancellation. Your company is truly soulless.

Hi dragon1127. We hate to hear that you feel this way about us. As a consumer myself, I can totally understand where your frustration is coming from. We made the change to add unlimited data to all areas to align with the services we provided in other areas. Though having a data usage plan can be unwanted, most internet providers provide the same plan for data usage. No matter how much you use, you’ll still have access to fast, reliable service, and we have options to make sure you have what you need.
