In November 14th, we had a 6 hour outage. Will I get a credit for this post service and, if so, when will that occur? I looked at my current billing for Nov 14-Dec 13 and there is no credit.

@William4674 Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. I have applied the credit to your account for the outage and an additional credit for your loyalty. These credits will both appear on your next cable statement.
