I randomly got this cancellation request today even though I didn’t cancel any services.

I also received a cancellation request confirmation email today even though I didn't cancel my service.  And I can't seem to get in touch with an actual human being to correct this.

I have received a cancellation request as well. Telling me my service will end tomorrow.
