The addition of the Flex box is NOT causing this.
Your account switched from being a video and internet customer to being an internet only customer. There are partial charges and credits applied on your recent bill that reflect the accurate video charges at the time you had video services (the broadcast TV fee and the Regional Sports Network Fee).
Check the heading on your most recent bill labeled "Service Fees" at the bottom of page 3 and continued on the top of page 4 and you will see the pro-rated credits that were applied for these services .
Apologies for any confusion we may have caused. Our internet only customers are not charged for the broadcast TV fee or the regional sports network fee.
