Billing.
Over 25 years I have been deceived . Today I learned from Kurt in the Philippines and Loureynold in the US that as my so-called "promotion" end on November 28 (small print on bill), my regular monthly charge will increase by $50 plus taxes. THIS IS AN INCREASE OF 62.5% or $600 a year. Disgraceful and shameful. I'm now looking for a way of cancelling Comcast completely and only keeping my email address.
