I have really fallen on hard times. As a loyal Comcast customer since 2015, in July I lost my job due to Covid-19 and my bill has fallen severely behind. I am really needing my services to stay secure as I am f ull time college student and my children are virtual learning. Any assistance you all could offer would be more than appreciated!!

@5geerings1 Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.
In reviewing your account, I do see some recent credits applied for late fees and such as a courtesy.
As an additional courtesy,. we have credited back any late fees and reactivation charges incurred over the past 24 months.
I hope that helps in making the new balance due by 11/28/2020 more manageable.
