Auto Pay Question
I’m trying to contact Xfinity because my auto pay should be today and the money hasn’t been drafted from my account and I called and it won’t connect me to an agent. I need to know if my auto pay is set up or not.

You didn't say when you set up autopay, but it doesn't kick in until the 3rd bill or 45 days after signing up for it.
