Is there an easy way to report captioning issues with a given network? LOGO has broken captions for pretty much everything, it'll work for a bit before breaking up and disappearing entirely for long stretches of time. This is an issue on both the x1 set top box, the web stream expierence, and the roku stream app so its not specific to any device but rather the network itself.
