Zoom Meeting issues

We have used Zoom a few times in last two weeks (from 3 to over 10 people for up to an hour, or more) with no problems. Do you have a fast enough broadband service to handle this type of ussage? It might be caused by too much traffic in your local area, all being on at the same time.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?

I have been on several times before no issues. My daughter was on zoom before me for her school for 6 hours no issues. I was wondering if my modem was over heated or something. I have a high speed internet so I know thats not the issue. Honetly I dont know how zoom keeps up with all the traffic.

Posting the answers to the questions and the requested information may reveal something......
