Xfinity Wifi signal not available
Dear All,
I have an issue where the modem/wireless network does not appear in list the available wifi networks in my laptop. Though, I can see other xfinity networks.
I had a look at this post and the option where the user is able to change the mode is not editable when I log in to the modem (10.0.0.1)

We got the connection today, the first modem that was set up appeared in the list of available wifi network but the connection would not go through. We got that modem swapped and since the swap, I am not even able to view the wifi.
This is the case with both my laptops (Personal - Acer Swift 3 and Work - Lenovo Thinkpad T450).
The technician wasn't able to help other than swapping the modem.
What have I done till now:
1. Updated my wireless driver.
2. Updated my windows.
It would be great if I could get help otherwise I don't have any other option to continue with my existing ISP which is not that great but at least I am able to connect to the internet.

This issue has been resolved. A windows update did the trick I guess.
Additionally, I updated my Wireless Drivers as well.
