Xfinity Support

Internet keeps dropping for 10-15 seconds. This is the wifi and the ethernet. I tried resetting the equipment & troubleshooting on multiple devices. I have only been at my current residence with your gateway for 4 months.

Thrust Do you see any service interruption notifications from our Xfinity app by any chance?

I was able to get a technician to come out this upcoming weekend to fix it. Through command prompt, pinging servers, there was a ton of packet loss along with uncorrected errors when checking my gateway status.
