Hi there, and thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! The first thing to do when running into a problem with internet service is to try unplugging the power for the modem for a few moments, then plugging it back in. Once it boots back up, try again. This solves most issues. You also have the troubleshooting tools on the XFINITY App at your disposal, which are super easy to use. Details on that are located here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting Let us know if any of these steps get you back to the proper speed!
