Xfinity modem router combo (xb7-t)
Do i need to use the provided router/modem to use Xfinity tv services or can I use my own Netgear equipment?
Edit: To be more specific I have ordered a Netgear Nighthawk Xfinity CM2050V Modem and have a Netgear Nighthawk R8000 Router in attempt to replace the provided Xfinity Combo unit model is in the post title. Will this nee setup work with my existing Xfinity wireless tv boxes or will it have issues communicating with Xfinity in any way?
