Xfinity Internet Intermittent Drops

Hi,

My internet is dropping around 10 times during a workday and this has been going on for multiple weeks. I'm struggling to get proper support to get this fixed. I've taken the following steps.

1. I've tried using Xfinity chatbot 5+ times and they consistently tell me my internet looks fine.

2. I had a Xfinity technician out on 7/12 and they replaced wiring outside plus gave me a new Xfinity Gateway Modem

3. Xfinity upgraded me to 1.2 GBPs from 1 GBPs plus also provided Pro Wifi Extender.

How can I get proper technical support to fix my problem? I've been documenting all my issues over the past several weeks.

Good day user_ae4cjq! I appreciate you being an active member of our community with your post as well as the great detail you provided on your internet issues. Inconsistent internet is definitely one of the most frustrating things I can experience while working from home, so I know what you're going through and want to help any way possible.

Have you already referenced the helpful connections guide our Expert EG linked? There's a lot of great stuff in there that can help resolve common connection issues, especially if you've been told before that we're not seeing connection issues on our end.

@user_ae4cjq that is a great question, and the ask was relating to the question and link @EG provided here on this post.
