I just bought two. Every time i try to activate them, I get the message "sorry we have a problem, try again" and it just goes round and round. Any thoughts?

Hi there, @Dj1316! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forums and sorry to hear you're having trouble activating your pods. If this issue is still occurring, have you attempted to reset the power for the gateway and trying once more? Let us know the status.
