xFi Pod won't connect to router
I had trouble with my first generation pod-it stopped working and wouldn't connect. I moved it around, restarted the gateway, called Xfinity, but no luck. I then purchased one new second generation pod. I have been unable to get it to connect to the gateway. I have restarted the gateway, reinstalled the Xfinity app, restarted my phone, moved the pod around to several locations, and raised the gateway higher to decrease obstacles in its way (tho this was never a problem before) and even exchanged it at the xFinity hstore for a new one in case it was defective. Nothing has changed. I cannot get the pod to work. Xfinity even sent a service tech out but he knew little about the pods and couldn't help. Before I return this pod and give up, is there anything else I can try?
Thanks in advance.

The Xfinity employees told me I had done everything I could do except try a new modem. We decided to do this. They shipped one to me and after setting it up, I was able to connect the pod! Thank you for all your help!

@user_upkzci Thank your for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. We are happy to help with your Xfi Boost pods. You mentioned you have a first gen pod, were you able to remove that pod from the app before setting up the new one?
