X-Fi Pod Making Loud Fan Noise
My Xfinity X-Fi Pod started making a loud fan noise about a month ago. I’ve had it a couple of years. How do I replace it with a new pod?

KF2417 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out. Is are you also having any issues with the functionality of the equipment as well?

Some second-generation pods have an internal cooling fan to regulate their temperature. If you have this model and notice a loud noise, may be malfunctioning or the blades are loaded with dust. It's quite a common problem here. You could try blowing it out with some canned air. If that doesn't work, there is no fix other than to get it swapped out for another by them.
