X-class
All the hype and no schedules and no real answers. I have been asking for months to find out if or when X-Class will be available at my home. Does anyone at Xfinity know anything about X-Class and XB10 modem/router. Can someone who actual knows anything about X-Class please let everyone know rollout schedules. If not maybe we should be looking at other vendors (Metronet, etc.)

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I waited and ended up leaving because of the reoccurring outages, micro outages and speed issues I left and went to Quantum fiber 3Gbps as my son is a gamer. It was nice with his new desktop with a 2.5gbps card run straight from the router to the desktop and the price was ok. But then I got my Xfinity mobile bill and noticed that it had gone up as I lost a discount. I had also noticed new marking on the cable lines in my area signaling fiber and new nodes and amps every where and with pushing From the wife I came back to Xfinity. When i went to the store to come back I was given a new in the box XB10 modem. The kid had no clue on Xclass or anything but I got the modem. With the new Xb10 everything has been very stable so i cannot complain. I have also noticed a few Xfinity bucket trucks pulling trailers around my area and I recognized the trailers as the ones that are used for fiber splicing. I live in MN and not sure where you are but I would say patience is a virtue.
