Xbox live

I never had this problem with you guy till this update I can’t even play Xbox it’s crazy I’m about to go to a different provider cuz I can’t play lag all the time 60 to 70 ms latency it’s crazy I called you guys 9 times and had every one come out to look at it even the top guy in pa came out and checked on it works great on a computer but Xbox you guys can’t figure out how to connect to there servers this is getting crazy with no answers when I keep calling

To get started can you send us a DM with your complete name and service address? 
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
