XB7-T power port

I bought a UPS to use for my XB7-T, which came with assorted adapters for the power port.  None of them fit.  What is the correct size adapter, and where can I find one?

Comcast has always answered questions like this one with "replace the adapter", which you could do at any Xfinity store or service center (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/store-selector/). They don't seem to publish the specs for the device power pack or the connector, and these are only partly standardized. Manufacturers can, and do, make them in all sorts of "non-standard" sizes and styles (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coaxial_power_connector#Standards).

The only thing I can think to do is so measure the plug on the existing AC adapter and check to see with part has a pin and which a socket, and then locate an appropriate adapter. Sorry! Good luck!

Hi there @user_qhj0j0!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support.  We are so glad to hear from you and happy to help in any way that we can.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team, to get things squared away.  You can obtain adapters in any Xfinity Store or if you wanted to purchase them in any Best Buy.
