XB7 / HomeKit
I just migrated to Xfinity from Fios and my entire HomeKit network has crashed. I cannot connect any of my smart devices (iSmartGate garage door opener, Ecobee 4 thermostat with 4 remote sensors, Rachio 3 sprinkler controller). Here is what I have tried so far:
- Separating 2.4/5 WiFi networks
- Disabling 5 WiFi network
- Hard reset of iSmartGate garage door opener
- Erase HomeKit settings in Ecobee
- Hard reset of my HomeKit home
Nothing has worked. Oddly, I can see in Xfinity admin that my garage door opener is listed as a connected WiFi device, but I cannot see it in the iSmartGate app and the Home app just spins and spins until telling me it cannot add accessory.
Please help!

Does https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Your-Home-Network/Wifi-not-showing-up/m-p/3351901#M328043 help?

No. Every device, as best as I can tell, can see the WiFi network. The issue, if I had to guess, would be that the XB7 is somehow interfering with or not supporting of some protocol that HomeKit uses.
