Hi @user_uxec59 Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. Are you still seeing an issue with devices connecting? I would recommend a full power cycle of the modem and make sure the Wi-Fi is turned on with the laptop so it can find the network. If the internet is working on most devices then it may be device specific and we would recommend you reach out to the OEM for that product. Please let us know if you are having internet connection issues overall.
