XB10 Not Providing Advertised Upload Speed
I "upgraded" my service to 1 gig up/down and installed the XB10 but it appears that my upload is capped at around 119 mbps. I called Customer Support and they created a service ticket but no ticket is shown on my account page. I suspect that there is a provisioning problem. Any help is appreciated.

Greetings @user_zb7sml
Glad to see that your area is experiencing our FDX speeds, quite the upgrade for most. We would be more than happy to take a closer look into what may be holding those speeds down. I would like to take a closer look at your bootfile to make sure your modem is configured to the correct speeds. I'll need to review your account to do so, please send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
