Xb10 can activity intermittent with my package RK 1 router

 have the new Xb10 it is currently in bridge mode so that it goes straight through to the Pakedge router RK 1.  Every several days especially at night the wifi I goes down and stays down until I unplug the xb10 to reset it.

 my configuration is fiberoptic at the Street and then cable into the house where it goes to a powered cable amplifier and 2 cables to TV is upstairs then a cable downstairs with a splitter with 1 cable going to a TV and 1 cable going to the xb10.  I have had  xfinity out and this is the way they set up my system and set it would work fine .I am on the 2 gig plan but I am still only getting max of 500 download and 60 upload speeds in the house so my 2 problems are wifi going down and speed issues
