Xb10 can activity intermittent with my package RK 1 router
have the new Xb10 it is currently in bridge mode so that it goes straight through to the Pakedge router RK 1. Every several days especially at night the wifi I goes down and stays down until I unplug the xb10 to reset it.
my configuration is fiberoptic at the Street and then cable into the house where it goes to a powered cable amplifier and 2 cables to TV is upstairs then a cable downstairs with a splitter with 1 cable going to a TV and 1 cable going to the xb10. I have had xfinity out and this is the way they set up my system and set it would work fine .I am on the 2 gig plan but I am still only getting max of 500 download and 60 upload speeds in the house so my 2 problems are wifi going down and speed issues

Good morning @user_bn1edz, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the connection, as someone that works from home I understand how important internet can be, but you have come to the right place for assistance. You mentioned that you have a splitter going to the cable box and the modem, have you tried bypassing that and testing the connection to see what the results are?
