X-500 plan issue

I am continuously being charged month after month for “over usage” on my X-500 plan. Nobody seems to understand with what’s going with my account. I’ve been passed around so many times on the phone and nobody can figure this out. Somebody please help. Every person I talk to barely speaks English or tries to upgrade my internet. I just need my plan fixed!
