Worst service

We had WOW for years.  Worked fine.  Switched to Xfinity and internet is always dropping the connection.  Technician came out and put in a new gateway.  Worked for 24 hours and now I have no internet at all.  At least before the connection would come back.  Can’t speak to a live agent.  App support is a joke.  They want to come back out in 4 days to fix it again.  This is a second home so now i have to drive back 6 hours so they can try again.  It would be easier to switch back to WOW - which we will do.  Xfinity should be embarrassed by how bad the service is and how horrible customer service is when you have a problem - which you will.
