Worst service ever
I have had Internet issues for nine months and it’s still not resolved. My Wi-Fi never works. I cannot connect my laptop. My phone drops in and out of Wi-Fi and I barely get service at home the way it is then when scheduling an appointment for a technician to come out it takes over a week. Paying for services that you’re not even Able to use because a technician can’t come for over a week is absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst Internet service I’ve ever had.
