Work vpn keeps dropping
I’m using a company provided laptop and I must use their Cisco vpn to log into my Internal systems, for the last week I can barely get any work done because I keep getting kicked out of my teams meetings and logged out of my platforms that require a vpn connection. My work IT department has tried troubleshooting with me but they say I need to contact my isp to troubleshoot my speed and connectivity. I just got a new gateway and a technician came to check everything out on site but my problem continues it’s very frustrating. Anyone know of a fix? I’m supposed to be contacted by Ethernet cable but I’ve tried on WiFi and I get the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_zdqur0! Working from home, I completely understand how impactful intermittent connections are. Have you noticed if this happens while not connected to a VPN? Are any other devices in the household having connection issues?
