Work to upgrade Xfinity broke all my services!
Xfinity crew was working in my neighborhood Monday. Cable and internet out during that time. Received message that service had been restored but mine never came back online. Still waiting…
is it possible that my house was missed when they restored service and that someone simply needs to come out and “flip a switch” to get my services back online? Very frustrating to be paying over $200 per month to be sitting here without internet or cable
