user_i75kyy Hi there! Is the printer not detecting the WiFi in the home at all? Have you tried power cycling both the printer and XER10?

Yes that has been done multiple times.  Returned printer to factory reset.  Completely reset router with new wireless name and password.  Should I split the 5g and 2.4 signal?  The printer worked fine with previous router.  Is there a way to use the pin option versus the push button option?  The new router only has a reset button,  no WPS button.  So, I just push the reset button for 3 seconds, but that is not working.

user_i75kyy Trying to separate the networks could help. Was the previous gateway a XER10?

No, it was not a XER10.  It was black with multiple front lights showing connections.  X7 or something like that.

@user_i75kyy, thanks for those details. With the XER10, older printers may have trouble connecting due to the router's modern security (WPA3) or combined 2.4/5GHz bands, which older printers cannot recognize. One thing you can try is switching to WPA2.

To change your WiFi security mode from WPA3 to WPA2 using the Xfinity app, follow these steps:
-Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
-Navigate to the **WiFi** tab.
-Select **WiFi details**.

-Select **Edit WiFi settings**

-Change **Security Mode** to WPA2
-Save

Then try to see if you are able to set it up.

It's a combination factory reset and WPS button. You'll need to hold it in for about 30 seconds for a full reset. Short pushes only result in turning on the WPS function.

Unfortunately, I did that and the router never reset and I had to get online with Xfinity ap and live person.  We had to completely reset everything with a new network name and password.  I had to the add every device ( tv’s , ring, ghome, sensi thermostats, Alexa, etc) to the new network and password.  Printer still does not work!
