Unfortunately, I did that and the router never reset and I had to get online with Xfinity ap and live person. We had to completely reset everything with a new network name and password. I had to the add every device ( tv’s , ring, ghome, sensi thermostats, Alexa, etc) to the new network and password. Printer still does not work!
Hello fellow XER10 user, I feel like we're a rare group. I can personally confirm that without splitting bands, my printer has been able to connect. Let's try splitting those bands to see if your printer has an easier time latching onto that 2.4 GHz band. If you're unfamiliar with how to do so, just open the Xfinity app>WiFi tab>Edit Wifi settings>Split bands.
Please circle back here to let me know if that helps. 👍
