Wifi won’t load certain normal websites

My wifi was working fine for over a year, but now some websites and app’s won’t load while connected to it. Even the Xfinity app won’t load. These websites/apps DO load when connected to cellular, so I know it’s not my phone’s problem or the website being down.

Working from home myself, I completely understand needing access to the full capabilities of your home network. And appreciate the information you have provided, and had a couple of questions when you have time to answer:

- Have you attempted to clear cache/history on devices to see if that clears the websites not loading?

- Do you receive any kind of error messaging when attempting access?
- Have you checked to see if your IP address has been blacklisted? Here is a great Forums post that goes over how you can check IP blacklist: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/cant-access-some-websites/622cdbe878dbaf3b1687d60a
