If you are not finding the details you need in the Xfinity app or the Xfinity My Account app I would recommend reaching out to our Online data experts! You can reach out Customer security assurance team by calling 1-888-565-4329. They will be able to help provide more details for you to help locate the cause of your usage! I do hope that helps!
