My old roommate set up my wifi in my apartment. They are no longer here and the password for the wifi has reseted. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for the past month but I keep getting sent to an automated service which has been no help at all. Someone please help.

If you have a windows pc:
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network and Sharing Center.
In Network and Sharing Center, next to Connections, select your Wi-Fi network name.
In Wi-Fi Status, select Wireless Properties.
In Wireless Network Properties, select the Security tab, then select the Show characters check box.
Your Wi-Fi network password is displayed in the Network security key box.

Hey there, user_5bmm0v, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Wi-Fi password. I know how important it is to have working Wi-Fi as I rely on my connection for work. You have reached the right place.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
